Heathy Food = Healthy Skin

MINT HILL, NC – You’ve heard the old saying “you are what you eat” and over the years, I’ve noticed this to be true, especially when it comes to the appearance of your skin.

Eating a diet full of sugar, refined carbs and processed junk leaves your skin looking sallow, puffy and tired.

Conversely, when you eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, good fats and meat, your skin glows.  I’m not just spouting words from articles I’ve read; I’ve lived it and can prove it.

When you omit refined carbs from your diet and replace them with greens, healthy fats and proteins, your skin can’t help but glow from the inside out.

Your face is less puffy, your bone structure starts to show, your eyes are brighter, and you overall just feel better.

I have a 3-day beauty reset eating plan that I like to send out to my clients.  It makes such a tremendous difference, and I would like to send it to you.  It’s basically eating the same things for three days, but you can do anything for three days! (Especially when you know it will make such a big difference!)

If you would like to receive it, send me an email at Lindy@LindySellers.com

As always, thanks for pausing to read this article and I hope you have a great week.
