Goldie Annabelle Lineberger, 88, of Mint Hill, North Carolina went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. She is survived by her son Zed Luther Helms and daughter-in-law Rhonda, step-son Joey D. Lineberger and his wife Robbin, sister Juanita Jay, and dear friend and neighbor Peggy Polson. Mrs. Lineberger was preceded in death by her husband Donald Lineberger, and parents Lindsay and Missie Smith Thompson. She was born in the Paw Creek area of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina on February 9, 1929 and became a machine operator in the engraving industry by trade. Mrs. Lineberger was a loving, generous and caring Christian who loved Jesus, and was a devoted member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Mint Hill. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
