Retiring With Resiliency

MINT HILL, NC – Did you know that most people can’t save enough for 40 years of working to support themselves for 30 or more years of not working?  Let’s switch things up a bit and focus on the fun part of planning for retirement!  Finding purpose and asking yourself the following questions is a good start:

  1. What excites you?
  2. What brings you joy?
  3. What are you curious about?
  4. Is there an activity or hobby you always wanted to try?

Now, let’s plan and put the financial pieces together.  Here are some questions to think about as you get started with a plan:

  1. Which investments are right for me?
  2. When can I afford to retire?
  3. Should I consider options that provide income in retirement?
  4. How do I build a diversified portfolio?

Retirement is a word we all think about, and we all would like to do sooner rather than later.  Don’t forget the important questions to ask and think about!  What questions come to your mind?
