You’re invited to stroll around the town circle from 2 to 6 p.m. Dec. 15, during the first-ever Mint Hill Pop-Up Christmas Shop.

The Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Pour 64, Vintner’s Hill Bean to Vine Cafe  and the Town of Mint Hill to bring a new opportunity to shop local this holiday season.

There will be complimentary hot cocoa and cookies for all shoppers courtesy of event sponsor, Costco of Matthews.   

“Christmas is such a fun time of year and it’s great to get the community together, and of course support our local businesses,” said Sarah Brock, owner of Pour 64. “This will be a great way for people to get some shopping done while also having the chance to discover new, local vendors.”

A total of forty vendors are planned to set up to sell their goods and offerings to Mint Hill citizens.

“We wanted to come together and create an event to help support as many local businesses as possible while also providing an opportunity for the community to get some holiday shopping done right here at home,” said Paige McKinney, executive director, Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce.

This will be the first event like this for the town, but hopefully it will become a yearly event, she added.
