We are pleased to announce that the Rufus M. Dalton Leadership Scholarship will grant a 22-day North Carolina Outward Bound School course to four local students this year, with an additional gear allowance.
Eligible candidates must:
- Be a current high school Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior
- Live in Mecklenburg County
- Show a proven desire to lead and serve others
- Demonstrate limited financial means (cannot afford a $4,500 summer experience)
Applications are due to Melissa Kienbaum Golder by March 28 at 5pm.
