Once a year, Mint Hill Arts honors and thanks its members by holding a judged “Members Only” show.  It is time for that again. The Opening Reception, which is free and open to the public, is from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5 at the gallery at 11205 Lawyers Road in Mint Hill.  Winners of the awards (1st Prize, $100; 2nd Prize, $75; and 3rd Prize, $50) will be announced around 8:00 p.m.  Those who are unable to attend the reception can see the show at the gallery until October 23.  Gallery hours are 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
