Owner/Head Coach Nobie Thrasher, a former active United States Marine and Co-Owner/Coach Andrea Tice operate the business. The Co-Owners are both certified coaches in various specialties. Coaches Dave Curtis, a former USMC and Army veteran and John Lewthwaite are CrossFit Level 1 certified instructors. The coaching staff is certified in Olympic Lifting, Kettlebells, Conjugate Powerlifting, Adaptive Athlete, and more areas of expertise.

The facility is first-rate equipped with two showers, an infrared sauna, towel service, televisions, all in a clean and modern atmosphere. Plenty of parking is available, including outdoor training facilities.

The facility is available 24/7 giving access to clients to meet their individual training schedule needs based upon modern technology to encourage workouts while providing flexibility.

The type of programs offered includes Crossfit, Small Group Classes, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Spartan SGX, Infrared Sauna, Personal Training, and Sport Specific Training are all available giving clients many choices to tailor their own personal training program. Having choices gives clients the ability to reach their fitness and health goals, but more importantly having a great time doing it.
