MINT HILL, NC – Winter is in full swing in our area, and what better thoughts to think of than the sun shining strong and the warm rays upon our skin? Summer thoughts naturally bring us to Summer Camps. There are so many unknowns at this time because of various environmental and health concerns, but “What will Summer Camps look like for the Summer of 2022?” is the question that we reached out to local providers to better understand.
Parents and children always look forward to summer break, but what makes the summer even better is the fun and friendships that are developed during these times. While many providers are unsure of their Summer Camps at present, others have already started registration and are looking forward to summer as much as we are. Around the area, you can find the following camps outlined for the summer.
The Core Sports Performance is offering a summer camp that is geared towards having fun while improving your child’s fitness. The camp will include games, movie/rest time, study time, and leadership training. Most importantly during the camp, the focus will be to get kids engaging with sports performance training for 1 – 2 hours per day. The study time will include a time to read books or work on your summer learning objectives. Camp is available for children entering into 1st thru 6th grade. We will offer half and full-day options. Please visit their website www.coresportsperformance.com for more information or give them a call today to register at (704) 606.8727.
