On Monday, March 2, PC Paramedics opened its doors in a new and improved location in Mint Hill.

As their name suggests, PC Paramedics diagnoses and repairs computer problems, but their services extend far beyond computer repair.  Their services include computer and phone sales, phone repair, home theater, and security system installation, and wiring homes for ethernet.  “We do just about anything and everything that has a power cable!” says Vice President Ryan Garrity.

The IT company accepts walk-in business and on-site work.  “If you have a problem with your computer, phone, or anything else, you can stop in the store,” says Garrity.  “If you can bring it in, we can service it in the store. If you can’t bring it in, we come to you.”

PC Paramedics does work for businesses in addition to individuals.  They can wire new businesses, setting up their computers, internet and server work.  They perform server installation and repairs. They even wire new construction for ethernet.

PC Paramedics first opened in Mint Hill nine years ago near Carolina Creamery.  Owner Anthony Falco operates two additional locations of the independent franchise in Pineville and Waxhaw.  Garrity, who was born and raised in Mint Hill, joined up with PC Paramedics when he was only thirteen. Forced by his dad to fix his broken phone, Garrity started his own phone repair business, which was so successful that Falco bought him out and brought him on board.

Now located across from the Mint Hill Fire Department, Falco and Garrity look forward to being able to serve more people.  “We just outgrew that spot,” says Garrity. “This is bigger, so we can accommodate every customer possible.”

PC Paramedics is now located across from the Fire Department on Highway 218.

“We love the Mint Hill community,” continues Garrity.  “We’ve bounced around our other stores, but this is the one place we’ve said we’ll never leave.  The support is just outstanding from our customers. We’re going on nine years in Mint Hill, and we’ll never leave.  It was just a matter of finding the right spot!”

PC Paramedics is in the process of re-joining the Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to an official ribbon-cutting ceremony soon.  They are open Mondays through Thursdays 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
