New Age Marketing which began with humble beginnings in 2014 originally in Huntington, West Virginia with only three employees has grown to almost 100 in 3 years.  The company opened the Mint Hill office in 2016 with CEO, Jared Poniatowski running the operation from the local headquarters office employing 20 associates.

The business enterprise is focused on being a marketing company who performs outsourced sales and marketing services for large corporate Fortune 500 organizations.  They do have an impressive list of corporate clients in their portfolio.  The firm is primarily involved in the home entertainment, electronics and telecommunications industry geared to representing consumer product retailers and wholesalers in this market segment.

The company is experiencing rapid growth, in order to meet the demand, Poniatowski developed and implemented an in-house management training program which is clearly focused on training career minded associates in the important functions of business development, customer service, team building, communications, product knowledge, including sales and marketing strategy tailored to meeting their clients particular needs.

The company over a short period of time has become one the leading marketing firms specializing in outsourced marketing solutions as a result of their commitment and dedication to customer service along with solid client support systems in place.

The company is developing Territory Brand and Branch Managers to assist the big box stores to launch products, increase sales revenue, reduce sales and marketing expense while having a positive impact on their client’s bottom line performance.  “What we do is develop a sales, marketing, brand management retail face to face marketing campaign for our clients,” said Poniatowski.   A New Age Marketing associate or brand ambassador would actually be selling on the floor for a client as the product knowledge expert for the retailer. This expertise leads to more sales volume, higher margins while reducing headcount and the additional carrying cost of less informed product knowledgeable employees on the floor serving the consumer for their clientele.  The business model actually improves sales, marketing and operations efficiency.

The company has two offices located in the Charlotte metropolitan area which includes Mint Hill and Huntersville.  A third office is planned before the end of the year.  There is more expansion projected to open a Columbia, SC office and growth potential in the northeast.

The company also fosters a culture of social responsibility, a way of giving back to the community.  They remain active in charitable non-profit events and partnerships monthly which has included breast cancer research, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Urbanites Ministries.
