On Wednesday, October 24, the MOMS Club of Mint Hill participate in Blair Road UMC’s Trunk or Treat.
Their construction-themed trunk was a place for kids like PJ to play and moms to get information about the club. Of course, they also handed out candy!
Many kids from the MOMS Club participated in the church’s Trunk or Treat.
Siblings Colton and Alyssa attended as Buzz Lightyear and Batgirl.
On Thursday, October 25, the MOMS Club hosted their annual Treat Trail for members at Veterans Park.
The Treat Trail gives the club’s many young children a chance to trick or treat in a small and safe area at the park as they collect candy from pumpkin buckets laid out along the path between the playgrounds.
It also give the kids one more chance to wear their halloween costumes!
It’s always fun to see the kids swinging and running around in dressed as cats and ponies!
Many new siblings got to participate this year, like Henry, Elias and Andy, whose brothers and sisters have been participating in the treat trail for three to four years now.
Halloween wouldn’t be complete without an opportunity for the moms to have some fun, too! On Friday, October 26, former club Associate Vice President Barbie Tallent hosted a spooky moms night out in her home.
