Held in Mint Hill’s Historic Village, the Autumn Jubilee will celebrate the season with live music, food and craft vendors.  Expect to see more than 50 vendors in the Village selling a wide variety of produce, baked goods, and handcrafted gifts.  All items at the event will be home-grown or home-made.

Confirmed vendors a few weeks prior to the event included Wreaths by Lauren, jewelry by Caterina Thorne, Fairington Bakery, essential oils from BKLYNDREAM, crocheted Crafts by Valerie, Katie’s Corner, Connie’s Crochet, and Mandy’s Homemade Goodies.

The Autumn Jubilee will be more than just shopping.  There will be family-friendly seasonal activities like face painting, games, pumpkin decorating, and panning for gold.  There will also be live demonstrations of things like weaving and bread-making as well as live music.

The Autumn Jubilee will involve demonstrations in addition to shopping.

Although it’s being billed as the “first annual” Autumn Jubilee, Mint Hill Historical Society has held similar events in years prior.  “The market has held it in the past,” said a Farmer’s Market representative, “but because of unforeseen circumstances, we have not had one since 2017.  We figured with the growth of Mint Hill, it was time to bring it back!”

The Autumn Jubilee will take place in Mint Hill’s Historical Village on October 15 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Follow the Mint Hill Farmer’s Market on Facebook for the latest news on the Autumn Jubilee and other events happening in Mint Hill’s Historic Village.
