MINT HILL, NC – On Friday, September 3, Mint Hill Arts held the Opening Reception for it’s September Members Only Show.  Although only members of Mint Hill Arts were able to enter pieces in the show, members and nonmembers alike gathered at the studio on Friday for refreshment and, of course, a celebration of wonderful art.

The judged show was created to honor Mint Hill Arts’ members, who were permitted to enter up to two individual 2D or 3D works of any medium.

Mary Hughey won second place for "Boating Buddies."

The Members Only Show is currently on display at the Mint Hill Arts Gallery.  As always, the gallery is free and open to the public Wednesdays through Saturdays from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
