Stallions Baseball Club Clobbers Sugar Creek 16-1 In Conference MatchupÂ
The Stallions baseball team is much improved over the past few seasons. They continue to dominate teams in their conference, while playing mostly competitive against non-conference competition.

The home team scored 11 runs in the first inning to put this game out of reach early on in the ballgame. Then they added 5 more runs in the second inning as base-on-balls, hit batsmen, miscues on the field along with timely hitting just wore down their opponent.

Queen’s Grant used 4 of their hurlers in this contest, Canela 1 inning, Bernash 2 innings, Fernandez 1 inning, and Patrick Gargano to get the final two outs in a non save situation.
The Stallions record has improved to 5-3 overall, and 4-0 in their conference. There next home game will be on April 5th when Bradford Prep visits the Matthews campus for a conference matchup.
