Blessed Assurance Adult Day & Health Care Services is a well know nonprofit organization serving the communities in Charlotte, Matthews, and Mint Hill by providing care for adults and elders, physically and cognitively impaired, socially isolated, people needing assistance with personal care, or those needing assistance to function independently in the community, but not ready for nursing home care.

The services provided include recreational activities, personal hygiene (e.g. showers), intergenerational programs (e.g. cultural, birthday parties), nutritional meals and snacks, medication supervision and other health services. The facility offers relaxing pedicures and good-looking hairstyles, all done with care and compassion, to enhance the quality of life of the participants.

An important feature is the provided transportation, giving peace of mind to families having to balance work and home responsibilities with caring for a loved one.

Depending on their need, participants can take part in the program up to 5 days a week. Blessed Assurance provides a flexible scheduler with the needs of the caregiver and participant in mind.

Therefore, satisfy your families appetite for well-done BBQ without traveling to the mountains for a smoky-flavor, or empty your wallet to feed a family.  Indulge and save while doing a service to your community, by helping elders and veterans who served the country.
