Independence Patriots

Football: 



Cameron Kromah – Indy’s senior QB had a solid performance in his final game. He unofficially accumulated 105 yards in passing yardage and picked up key first downs rushing the football. He deserved better as the Patriot WR/RB dropped 6 passes in the contest against arch rival Butler.

Sincere McIntyre – The junior kickoff returner had 4 returns for a total of 111 yards against Butler. His initial return of 49 yards set-up the Patriots first TD. He also had one carry for 8 yards on offense.

Amari Hakeem – The senior RB gained 56 yards on 7 carries in his final football game for the Patriots.

Shaun Soloman – The junior RB scored a touchdown on a 9 yard rumble into the end zone for the Patriots second score.

Joe Moraglia – The junior WR lead all Patriot receivers with 5 receptions for 49 yards on Friday night.

Khalil Hoke – The junior DL was active defensively against the Bulldogs forcing a fumble, he had a tackle for a loss, and accumulated 4 tackles in the football game.

Josh Iseah – The returning junior LB had 6 tackles, and 1 tackle for a loss against Butler.

Coriawn Griffen – The junior DL contributed 5 tackles including 1 for a loss, while putting pressure on the Bulldogs QB.

Moshay Saw – The senior LB playing in his last game for Indy contributed 5 tackles and was active all night applying pressure on defense.

Soccer: 

Charlie Gottlieb – The junior in 18 games lead the team in goals scored with 7, scored a big goal in the 2-1 Rocky River win recently, and has totaled 15 points on the season.

Thomas Rosenquist – The senior in 17 games played contributed 4 goals and 7 assists for a total of 15 points.

Girls Tennis: 

Madelynn (Maddie) Fowler – The senior won her first round match in the state playoffs with a 6-4, 6-3 victory. However , was defeated in the Quarterfinal match 6-2, 6-4. She had a solid final season for the Patriots.

Queens Grant Stallions:

Soccer:

Anthony Armas – The junior MF leads the team with 19 goals, he has 7 assists for a total of 45 points. He has averaged 2.4 points per game.

Gabe Massey – The junior Striker in 19 games played scored 18 goals with 9 assists for a total of 45 points on the season for the Stallions.

Liam Lorenzotti – In 14 games the junior MF scored 14 goals, contributed 6 assists for 34 points.

Butler Bulldogs:

Football:

Xavion Brower – The senior QB had an outstanding game against the Patriots accumulating unofficially 154 yards passing and 63 yards rushing for a total of 217 yards of offense in the Bulldogs big conference win. He completed 3 touchdowns in the football game.

Alex Judge – The senior WR had a 48 touchdown pass reception against Independence.

Travon Tinsley – The senior had a 35 yard touchdown on Friday night against Independence.

Myles Lawson – The junior Free Safety had a “Pick Six” for a touchdown to secure the win over the Patriots.
