Head Coach – James Moore

Queens Grant Lady Stallions basketball is in a rebuilding phase, and will be starting five freshman, and build toward the future. We want to play an up tempo style of basketball, using our speed to run out an get easy baskets. Have active hands in the passing lanes and limiting other teams penetration on the defensive side of the ball, using our length to our advantage. This will be a year of growth for the Lady Stallions, and we welcome the journey and challenge.

The starting Five:

#1 Point Guard, Natalie Goodfellow, 5’2”, Freshman

#4 Shooting Guard, Lily Todd, 5’11”, Freshman

#12 Small Forward, Lily Gorum, 6’0”, Freshman

#23 Power Forward, Nasya Allen, 5’8”, Freshman

#14 Center, Sydney Reynolds, 5’10”, Freshman

Returning Players:

Injured senior F/C #21 Ashley Aberly is set to return to play in late December, and juniors F/C #11 Remmi Carlton, G #2 Anne Estelle Strawn are expected to play big minutes off the bench to give the team much needed depth.

Ashley Aberly, a senior will be an important ingredient in the mix for the Lady Stallions to be successful. As a four year starter her experience and floor leadership will be very important for this young team. Therefore, her return and getting herself into game playing condition will be paramount.
