
Sugar cookies are a holiday favorite! Here’s a recipe that adds a little twist to make them extra-special or just something different. Cut them out the same way and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
• ½ C brown sugar
• ½ C sugar
• 2 sticks margarine
• 1 eggs
• 2 T OJ
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 2 ½ C flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp baking soda
DIRECTIONS:
Cream first sugars and margarine until fluffy. Add egg, OJ, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add slowly to wet ingredients. Combine well. Roll and cut out cookies. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
