Joan’s Chicken Wings

This recipe is perfect for tailgating or couch-gating! The unique salty & tart mixture is addicting and ensures that even if your team loses, you at least have a winning dish!

 Ingredients:

  • 24 chicken wing pieces
  • 1 C lemon juice
  • 1 C soy sauce
  • 2 T fresh garlic, diced

Directions:

Place all ingredients in zip bag and marinade overnight.  Spray roasting pan and place wings and ½ marinade in 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.  Check to make sure marinade has not evaporated.  Add more if needed, and bake until cooked.  Place under broiler until crispy.

Have a stack of napkins ready! Delish.
