How to finally heal once and for all

After years of caring for patients from all walks of life, there is one common theme amongst all patients. That is the goal to stay as healthy as possible (or at least healthy enough) to be able to perform your daily tasks without feeling limited by pain, fatigue, brain fog, or any other symptom of feeling unwell. I hear all the time patients tell me that they would be more productive at work if they did not have to deal with their underlying condition. Their relationship with their spouse and children would be better if they were not laid up in the bed feeling like a drugged-up zombie. They could finally take that well deserved vacation and enjoy themselves without worrying about flaring up some debilitating symptom.

These are exactly the same things that I want for you also. This is why I got into medicine in the first place. It was to help people to achieve their best self. Unfortunately way too many people take their health for granted, assuming that it will always be with them until the day that God comes knocking on the door. Unfortunately, rarely is this the case. Many, if not all, of us at some point in our life will experience a health crisis. It can be as simple as a sprained ankle to something as complicated as cancer. The good news is that there are steps that we can take to lessen our chances of having a more serious and complicated health crisis.

Below are 4 areas of your health that I look for and test and treat on each patient to identify and correct the causes of a health care crisis.

  1. Cellular Inflammation – When your body is inflamed, it is impossible for your cells and organs to function properly. The longer the inflammation stays, the more damage that occurs to your organs, and eventually this will lead to dysfunction and ultimately symptoms. One simple blood test (called CRP – C-reactive protein) can alert you to your generalized inflammation status. At Stanly Wellness Center, we perform a non-invasive urine test that can also show you your levels of inflammation.
  2. Deficiencies – If your diet is lacking in essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, etc. this also makes it impossible for your cells and your organs to function optimally. Once again you will eventually experience symptoms as your body slowly shuts down over time. This is easily correctable by simply making changes to your diet or supplementing with high quality, bio-absorbable nutrients from whole food sources. This does not include those cheap vitamins that you are buying from large box stores or inexpensive online retailers. I once heard a quote that said, “I am too poor to buy cheap.” When you put inferior products into your body, you get inferior results. At Stanly Wellness Center we only provide high quality, food grade, bio-absorbable supplements that the body can use and thrive on.
