You spoke and I listened Part 1

You spoke and I listened. Thank You for your feedback. In this series we will plan a tour to visit some of the great Parks here is the USA. This is a WOW tour for anyone who loves to see the outdoors and the wildlife here in the USA. It is a great opportunity for grandparents to spend some time with the grandkids and even extended family. Couples, young and old, can rekindle romance by a fire in a great location right here in the USA.

We start our tour in Utah, right at the base of some of our great parks. Salt Lake City has wonderful airlift, and is easily accessible by plane, train, or car. Our first night on tour we meet our tour director at the Sheraton Salt Lake City. A welcome reception, with snacks and some drinks is a great way to meet our fellow travelers. After a good nights sleep, we enjoy a full breakfast, then head out on our adventure. Our Tour bus is equipped with WiFi and a restroom, so we are very comfortable as we head north, never missing a beat with our facebook friends. We stop at Montpelier to visit the Oregon Trail Center. I had read about our pioneers along the Oregon Trail, but this center brought it all to life. The exhibits are interactive, there are reconstructed Conestoga Wagons, Campfires, Rifles, and a realistic trip with a wagon train of the era. We have a great, included, chuck wagon style lunch in a re-enactment restaurant. Then it is on our way to Jackson Wyoming. The views along the way are unmatched, and a pre-cursor of what is to come. We even stop for a spectacular aerial tram ride on Rendezvous Mountain for even more spectacular views. Our arrival into Grand Teton National park is only surpassed by the majesty of our “Wilderness” Hotel – The Lodge At Jackson Hole. It seems we could spend the entire week sitting on our balcony looking out at Nature. And this is only day 2.

Check back next week for Part 2.
