Mint Hill Library children’s activities for today are as follows:

Family Story Time will be held at the library at 11:15 a.m.

Get Set 4 K will be held at 2 p.m. Rising kindergartners will participate in stories and activities that build pre-reading skills and help prepare them for success in school. Registration is required.

Reading Buddies for children ages 5 through 11 will be available at 2:00, 2:30, 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. Children will read one-on-one with a library volunteer for 30 minutes. Registration is required. Registration is limited to one 30 minute session per week.

Families with babies and toddlers can visit the library at 9:30 a.m. for Family Story Time: 0-2. The program will include stories, songs and movement.

Teens ages 12-18 are invited to Amy St. Aubin’s program at 3 p.m. Participants will write a haiku about the earth and create a watercolor landscape that reflects their words. Registration is required.
