CHARLOTTE – With Halloween around the corner it’s always important to know your surroundings. Keep an eye around you when you are out trick or treating or at festivals. Keep a closer eye on your children. Make sure to examine all candy that comes into the house. Go trick or treating in groups. With everyone dressed up, it can make it very hard to know when a predator is around. Have an emergency plan set up with your children if they feel threatened or need help.
