The Town of Mint Hill and Independence High School will host the 3rd Annual Back to School Pep Rally at Mint Hill Veterans Park on Saturday, August 17 starting at 6:30 p.m.  Join the faculty, staff, boosters, marching band, athletes and their families as we kick off the 2019-2020 school year.  Meet the athletes, coaches and cheer leaders, along with the Marching Band for the 2019.

The Mint Hill Chamber of Commerce will be collecting school supplies to help children and teachers in Mint Hill have a successful start to the school year.  100% of all items will be distributed through Servant’s Heart to help Mint Hill schools.

The evening will include bounce houses and obstacle courses for kids and teens, corn hole, giant Jenga and much more.  Lots of fun foods… sno cones, ice cream, kettle corn, donuts and so much more.  All the activities are FREE, so bring your family and come connect with friends prior to the start of the new school year.
