Arnold Taylor – The Patriots quarterback tossed for 284 yards and one touchdown in the loss to Hickory Ridge. He also completed 18 of 38 passes and rushed for extra yardage to exceed 100 yards on the season.
Trevor Bryan – The senior wide receiver caught 5 passes for 94 yards, including a 62 yard touchdown reception. Bryan now has 7 touchdowns on the season, 355 yards in offense, while averaging 71 yards per game on 13 receptions.
Bevin Caldwell – The junior receiver had a big 47 yard pass reception on Friday night. Coming into the game he had 11 receptions for 213 yards with a previous long catch of 40 yards.
Tyson Clawson – The junior two-way player continues to excel on defense adding to his team leading sack total of 6.5 sacks. In the previous four games he had 12 solo and 16 assisted tackles for 28. Also, he has caught one touchdown pass on the season from his TE position.
Soccer:
Ro Bik Lian – The attacker scored two goals against Butler in the Patriots 3-1 victory recently. He had the game winner and clincher scoring the second and third goals against their rival.
Sundio Reh – Had a solid game for the Patriots. He scored the first goal of the match to put the home team up 1-0 in the first half.
Daniel Lockear – The freshman goalkeeper had 3 saves in the first half, and 5 saves in the second half to frustrate and shutdown the Butler attack. He allowed just one goal on a high percentage penalty shot in front of the net.
Tennis:Â
Madelynn Fowler – The sophomore standout and number 1 player on the team had two big victories recently outscoring her opponents best player with 6-0, 6-0, and 6-0, 6-0 set wins against Hickory Ridge and Butler.
Elizabeth Frier – The senior leader who holds the number 2 position on the team, had solid wins against her opponents with a 5-7, 6-3, 10-6 win against Hickory Ridge, plus a straight set victory against Butler 6-0, 6-0.
Kendall Barnes –Â The teams number 3 was named the “Player of the Match” against Hickory Ridge with a straight set 6-1, 6-0 victory. Then followed up with a straight set victory in the singles competition 6-0, 6-1 against Butler.
Rocky River Ravens:

Korey Hailey – The Ravens quarterback performed well enough on Friday night to give the Ravens their best shot at a victory. He completed a 63 yard touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter, along with completions of 40 and 31 yards in the 14-7 overtime loss to Butler.
Antjuan Collins – The junior wide receiver caught a huge 63 yard pass and run reception for a touchdown midway through the fourth quarter to force the game into overtime.
Kalib Jennings – The junior running back had a solid performance for the Ravens with good yardage rushing the football, along with catching a screen pass for a 40 yard gain in the fourth quarter.
Honorable Mention: Brian Grier, MLB/DE for his defensive performance, Isaiah Mcilwain, the senior wide receiver with multiple catches in key situations. Jaylon Stringfellow, a sophomore back-up quarterback in the second half took over the punting duties by hitting good distance punts along with nice hang time.
