Independence Patriots

Basketball: 



Bryce Brooks – The senior leads the Patriots in scoring with 12.3 points per game, he contributes 2.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 2.6 steals, and 3.5 tips per game for the Patriots.

Dyshawn Taylor – The guard is averaging 10.4 points per game while adding 1.4 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.8 deflections or tips per game.

Girls Basketball: 

Lily Todd – The junior 5′ 10″ forward and Air Force Academy hopeful keeps improving her game weekly. In a recent non-conference win over Legion Collegiate Academy in Rock Hill, South Carolina she grabbed a season high 12 rebounds, blocked 3 shots, added 2 assists and scored 4 points in the Patriots 56-42 victory.

Kaylee Carson – The 4A Conference 59 scoring leader continues to shine on the basketball court. The sophomore led all scorers with 25 points while adding 4 rebounds and 3 assists in the contest. She entered this game averaging 19.9 points per game.

Kamryn Kitchen – The freshman scored 14 points and swished four 3-pointers in the contest against LCA while playing a solid defense. She also contributed 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals in the win. She is averaging 15.4 points per game for the Lady Patriots.

Butler Bulldogs

Basketball: 

Zion Mcduffie – The junior power forward is scoring 17.8 points per game, while adding 6.8 rebounds, 2.9 steals, 1.7 blocks, and 3.4 deflections to lead the Bulldogs this season.

Ty Black – The senior guard is having a solid season scoring 14.9 points per game, with 2.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 2.8 tips per ball game.

Girls Basketball: 

Brooklyn Saunders – The young freshman was named this week’s “Player of the Week.” She has been a sparkplug for the Lady Bulldogs all season. Currently she is averaging 16.1 points per game, she is ranked 2nd in steals with 76, and 5th in assists with 70 in 17 games played to date in the conference.

Rocky River Ravens

Basketball: 

Jaden Lyles – The junior is averaging 17.5 points per game for the Ravens. He also has 3.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.2 steals, and 3.0 deflections per game making a significant impact.

Henry Price – Another solid junior is contributing 10.1 points per game, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.3 tips providing the Ravens with a consistent weekly performance.

Queens Grant Stallions

Basketball: 

Lourell Covington – The senior leader is scoring 14.3 points per game, he hauls down 7.5 rebounds, adds 2.7 assists, 1.6 steals, and 1.9 tips per game for the Stallions who are having a solid season.

Elijah Rector – Another senior is averaging 10.3 points per game, he adds 3.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.4 deflections per basketball game.

Keion Adams – The junior is contributing 10.1 points per game, 5.7 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.6 tips per game for the Stallions.
