MINT HILL, NC – Independence Patriots: 

Football: 



Shaun Soloman – Had the big play of game for the Patriots when he dashed for a 76 yard run from scrimmage that took the ball down to the one-yard line to set-up Indy’s only score.

Kaden Thomas – The big sophomore tight end pounded the pigskin in from the one-yard line for the only touchdown for the home team.

Cameron Kromah – The Indy QB completed passes of 15, 16, and 35 yards while accumulating 82 yards in the passing game.

Soccer: 

Aaron Zhu – In seven games played the sophomore leads the Patriots in goals with 4 and in total points with 9.

Thomas Rosenquist – The senior midfielder and defensive specialist has accumulated 8 points on 2 goals and leads the team in assists with 4. His leadership on the field has made a nice contribution to the young Patriots 2-3-2 start.

Charlie Gottlieb – The junior has tallied 3 goals this season to date. He has 1 assist for a total of 7 points.

Su Reh – The young sophomore continues to show his potential by adding 2 goals and 3 assists to his resume for a total of 7 points.

Queens Grant Stallions:

Anthony Armas – The junior midfielder and probably best all-around player has scored 3 goals with 1 assist for 7 points in 4 games played.

Gabe  Massey – The consistent junior for the young Stallions has contributed 3 goals and 1 assist this season during the early going.

Rocky River Ravens:

Football: 

Khalil Archie – The senior QB accumulated 221 yards in passing. His longest pass completion was 40 yards. Archie completed 16-38 passes, with 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions on Friday night.

Antwoine Norris – The junior had 4 receptions for 55 yards, 4 kick returns for a total of 126 yards, and gained 14 yards on the ground.

Jaylon Stringfellow – The wide receiver who goes both ways had 3 receptions for 24 yards, and had 5 tackles on defense.

Rod Stafford – The sophomore gained 16 yards on the ground, had 2 receptions for 24 yards, and made 10 tackles defensively.

Mikie Anderson – The OLB had 7 tackles and 2 QB sacks.

Jaylen Ussery – The sophomore defensive tackle had 2 tackles, one pass interception, and 1 QB sack on Friday night.
