This year, from April-September, the 4 big nature centers are open late one evening a week. Drop by Stevens Creek any Wednesday from 4:30-7:30pm for Nature CLUE! Bring the classic board game to life as you follow the clues and solve the nature-themed mystery. Each week features a unique puzzle, and each completed game enters you to win a great prize. This program is for All Ages and it is Free.

Search “open late” to see all the exciting after-hours activities at McDowell (Mondays), Reedy Creek (Tuesdays), Stevens Creek (Wednesdays) and Quest (Thursdays).
Notes: Drop-in only; no pre-registration taken. Activity takes approximately 20 minutes; indoors and outside.

Per updated Mecklenburg County guidelines, as of February 26, 2022, masks are optional while inside all county buildings. If you are participating in a Park & Recreation program that travels in a van/bus, masks will still be required; you will receive additional information in advance of each program.
