The Annual Town of Mint Hill Scarecrow Decorating Contest will be held October 1-31, 2022. We had such an outpouring from the community we are going to continue to expand beyond the fountain area in front of Town Hall.  How will this work?  You create a scarecrow and put it on display outside your business, church, home or club.  We’ll make sure there is list of all locations where scarecrows are on display for voting.  Patrons will be encouraged to visit your location and vote on who has the BEST SCARECROW in Mint Hill.  Help us reach our goal of 100 scarecrows and enter to win $500
