Action Auto opened for business in 1995 to provide reliable and dependable auto repair service in the community. Since then the company has grown and expanded into offering Towing service to it’s loyal customer base and others as a value added service. Owner, Kenny Kuehl is very customer service focused and insists on ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with the service they receive. All the mechanics and technicians are professionally trained and certified. Kenny himself is a master mechanic and technician.
Kenny worked at a Ford dealership and started to provide customers with extra services. He would clean up the vehicles interior and provide a car wash prior to the customer picking up their vehicle before this service became popular. After a wake up call and a desire to open up his own auto repair shop, he decided to follow his entrepreneurial dreams.  He believed he could do a better job in meeting customer needs and expectations. His goal was to provide excellent service through building long-term customer relationships to include a solid foundation of honesty and integrity. “To be successful it’s important to establish trust and confidence with our customers,” said Kuehl.
Action Auto uses today’s latest automotive technology at their auto repair shop. They are equipped with modern diagnostic tools to handle all major and minor repairs on both domestic and foreign vehicles. They offer tune ups, wheel alignments, engine repair, tire service, exhaust system repair, brake service, oil and lube, belt and hose replacement, air conditioning service, batteries, complete diagnostic services and much more.
The company also provides a towing service, this gives the enterprise the opportunity to reach out to a stranded motorist in a timely and efficient manner. They also provide pickup and drop off service for their customers in a friendly and trustworthy environment.
Kenny’s mom suggested a motto of “No job is too big or too small” and he has followed this advice since his company’s inception from it’s humble beginning’s to a state of the art thriving auto repair facility he operates today 23 years later.
Kuehl’s advice to all motorists is to follow your owners manual, get an oil change at suggested mileage intervals, replace your wiper blades every six months, park your car in the garage, carport or shady area of driveway if possible because of our intense summer sun. “We just want to be your neighborhood auto repair specialist who provides customized service to satisfied clients. We take every job personally,” said Kenny.
