The price of a new home continues to rise.  According to data from the U.S. Census Bureau, a new home costs, on average, at least 18 percent more than it would have cost two years ago.  The price alone can make buying and selling your home an overwhelming experience.

Linda Lynch of Lynch One Realty knows the way to put buyers and sellers at ease, that a personal touch is key to the experience.  “Taking the time to get to know clients and helping them to meet their individual needs are among the top priorities of Lynch’s firm.”  In-depth consultation and an ear keen to listening allow Lynch to establish a lasting and meaningful relationship with her clients.  “This personal approach, according to Lynch, is what sets Lynch One Realty apart from from other real estate firms,” but that’s not all.  When her real estate firm was established in 2014, Lynch already carried 22 years of experience in East Coast markets from Maryland and the District of Columbia to North Carolina and South Carolina.  Lynch also touts the professional designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative (SFR) and Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS).

To add to the experience and service that Lynch’s team provides, they have acquired client delivery and project management expert Glorivy Minaya.  After nearly ten years of collaboration with Lynch on various real estate projects,  Minaya has officially joined Lynch One Realty with the goal of utilizing her 20 plus years of experience to help showcase properties for sellers and guide clients into their ideal homes.

Buying or selling a home can be intimidating.  There is hope, however, in knowing that you don’t have to go it alone.  A full service real estate firm like Lynch One Realty will partner with lenders, inspectors, surveyors and settlement attorneys to ensure that buyers and sellers in Charlotte and the surrounding areas have a smooth and timely home search, including a seamless showing and closing process.  Lynch knows that her team must understand each individual client’s real estate needs and desires are unique.  She said that she knows that a real estate investment is one of the most important investments that a family will ever make.  In light of these facts, she said, her team makes those needs and desires their top priority.
