Mint Hill Police seeking information on commercial breaking and entering; auto theft

The Mint Hill Police Department is seeking information in regards to a commercial breking and entering and grand theft theft auto that occurred June 16, 3:15 am, at 9611 Idlewild Road in Mint Hill.

The stolen vehicle is described as a 2001 Nissan Maxima 4-door, gold, which was recovered by the York County, South Carolina Sheriff’s Office, and is being processed for further evidence.

From a press release from MHPD: “The suspect is identified as a white male, short groomed dark colored hair and hairstyle, no facial hair, wearing camouflage style baggy shorts, a dark color zip-up style windbreaker with unknown logo over the upper left chest, and low-top style tennis shoes. The male suspect fled the scene in the above described stolen vehicle.”
