Bill Brawley files for District 103

As expected, Matthews resident and former town commissioner Bill Brawley filed to run for the District 103 seat being vacated by Jim Gulley. That brings the candidate total to three for District 3: Brawley and Lloyd Austin, both Republicans, and Ann Newman, a Democrat.
