Donald Williams, son of Nichole and Troy Williams, received his rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 144 at Blair Road United Methodist Church in Mint Hil.
His project was a stone path for the church between the parking lot and the pavilion.
He is a senior at Independence High School and has been with Troop 144 since he began in scouting in 2001.
