Queen’s Grant recognized for
employee engagement, parent loyalty
National Heritage Academies (NHA), a leading national charter school operator, recently honored Queen’s Grant Community School with 2010-2011 Eagle Awards for Employee Engagement and Parent Loyalty.
To be selected for the Parent Loyalty Award, NHA requires 60 percent or more of a school’s parents be very satisfied with their child’s schoolča statistic measured by an internally-generated parent survey. NHA understands that parental support is critical to a child’s success in school, so the company honors those schools that demonstrate the highest levels of parental satisfaction and loyalty.
A qualified staff that is dedicated to its school community and committed to the children it serves is crucial for student achievement. As such, NHA rewards schools with high employee satisfaction with the Employee Engagement Award.
For the past 11 years, Eagle Awards have been awarded by NHA to the top performing schools meeting high standards. For more information about Queen’s Grant Community School, visit www.queensgrantcommunityschool.org
