He surpassed most people’s expectations as principal and now he is leaving on October 31 to accept the post of Executive Director of the Northeast Zone of Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Halloween Hilarity Tea
Superstitions, legends and folklore will be served up with harvest tea and treats at the Halloween Hilarity on October 29 at 4 pm and 7 pm. Mint Hill will vote for a mayor again on November 8. There are two candidates—present mayor Ted Biggers and local business owner, Jean Bonner. A mayor sets the pace for the board and presides over meetings. The mayor also cast votes if there is a tie between the commissioners. Continue reading
