Mint Hill TimesThere is so much going on at Mint Hill Madness this year that no one can experience it all. The fun is doing as much as you can in the time that you have. You’ll be exhausted afterward but you’ll have the time of your life. What’s new this year? Corn hole, all weekend karaoke, speed pitch, free video games and a steel drum band. There is the patriot joust, EricTreese, magician, Nationwide car show and Show us your Smile. And that’s just the beginning. There is live entertainment and rides all weekend, arts, crafts, unbelievable food. Don’t forget about the parade, fireworks, beauty pageant, petting zoo, dog show, pony rides and cruise-in. Check out the Mint Hill Madness Facebook page before you go. You can view potential singers who are being chosen at YouTube. The winner will sing the National Anthem. Maybe it’s not too late for you to enter the contest. Wear your comfortable shoes, bring some cash, a sweaterčmaybe an umbrella, there was some rain last year. Plan not to miss a thing. You’ll thank yourself later.
