The following week they need 25 persons on Thursday, May 26th to work from 3pm until 9pm and then 50 persons on Saturday and Sunday (May 28th & 29th). Saturday the 28th shifts are from 8 am until 6 pm. Sunday May 29 shifts are from 11.30 am until 11:30 pm

Also, the Athletic Booster Club will be selling shirts, etc during lunches on Thursdays and Fridays for the next three weeks. They will be selling out different lines to get ready for a new year of Spirit Wear.

Here are a few more details provided by the school about volunteering at the speedway:

Logistics:

Parking – we can park in employee lot which is Lot R and there are continuous shuttles to the front of the track, so parking is free. We can take a bus from the school if everyone agrees to do that.

Uniform – everyone wears khakis and they provide
the shirts.

Drinks – water is provided to workers, food is up
to us, we can bring cooler of food in if we want and
they will store it for us.
