Kids sell lemonade to save libraries

Kids at the Morrison Regional Library at South Park  sold lemonade today to raise funds to save the libraries. With a $2 million budget shortfall, it’s going to take a lot of lemonade.

    When your government gives you lemons, you make lemonade. Of course, in his section of the city, affluent South Charlotte, he can charge $50.00 per 8 oz. cup. I don’t knock his efforts. The children of North Carolina raised a great sum of money to save the USS North Carolina. Efforts like his get the media attention.
