Matthews’ hiring of lobbying group has returned mixed results
WFAE is reporting that Matthews has spent $80,000 on lobbying help from the Ferguson Group in order to help its chances at more stimulus dollars. Yet Matthews has only taken in $35,000 in stimulus funds—money it probably would have received anyway.
