Mayor Ted Biggers elected chairman of MUMPO
Mint Hill mayor, Ted Biggers, was elected new chairman of the Mecklenburg-Union Metropolitan Planning Organization (MUMPO) Wednesday evening. Biggers takes the place of Lee Myers, former mayor of Matthews.
