No surprise: Myrick votes against House health care bill

Rep. Sue Myrick released a statement yesterday on Saturday’s U.S. House vote to overhaul the health care system in the U.S. Myrick calls it a “government takeover” of healthcare, while the Dems say it will help to insure most of the millions without coverage, and not allow insurance companies to deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions. The Senate will most likely vote in the next two weeks on its bill, and then the House and Senate will get together to craft a single bill which need to be voted on again by both bodies.
