		<description>These people should have known that they would waste their time if they had watched the news or read about the last rezoning meetings from the &#039;No Mint Hill High School&#039; plan. The current CMS BOE (while they last) has their own social engineering agenda. They do not care if the outcome is not what is best for communities. CMS should be broken up by Raleigh and re-org&#039;ed into many smaller, district zoned organizations  each with its&#039; own BOE and funded by taxes from that area. I&#039;d pay more! People would then go to the school where they live - and pay accordingly. Can&#039;t pay? Too bad, move. The current socialist system is ruining many neighborhood property values. As flight from these communities increases, watch how many schools change into Title One schools (the new No Mint Hill High School will open as one - sheesh!). There goes the neighborhood ...</description>
