Loaded gun found at Independence High School today

WSOC is reporting that a freshman student at Independence High School was caught with a loaded gun at school today. The incident occurred, according to WSOC’s Web site, when a school resource officer suspected the student of having marijuana. The officer then noticed the gun under the desk and the student was taken into custody.

    Don’t worry, he’ll go to the new No Mint Hill High School next year. He won’t go to Independence. The eight security officers that were let go last year from IH all got new jobs there too.

    Not only will he attend (possibly) the new school, he and his friends will make it filthy. I hope the news follows the progress on the Non Mint Hill High.
