A photo was released by Mint Hill Police of a suspect in a recent break in. The Walgreens Pharmacy, located at 9202 Lawyers Road in Mint Hill, was broken into May 29 at approximately 12:09 am.  A white male wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt or jacket used a rock to break the glass on the front door.  After entering the store, the unknown white male removed several packs of cigarettes and then exited the store.  As the white male exited the store, he dropped something and a white female with brown hair wearing a dark colored top and light colored pants, is seen stooping down to pick up what the other suspect dropped.

These two subjects leave the scene in a four door sedan, tan or champagne in color, unknown make and model.

On June 17 at approximately 1:00 am, the same Walgreens was broken into again.  The suspects seen are similar in description.  A white male wearing a black hoodie and light colored pants walked in front of the store around 11 pm.  There are two other subjects with this male, but the video is not clear enough to ascertain race or sex of the others.

Approximately $600 worth of cigarettes and several pieces of makeup were removed by a white male and a white female.

Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to contact Sgt. Moberg with the Mint Hill Police at 704-545-1085 during business hours or 704-889-2231 after hours.  Any information can be given anonymously.
