Jerry and Sue Helms, the founders of the Children’s World Museum, will present an overview of the museum to the Matthews town council tonight. Jerry Helms said last week he had a few locations in mind to move the museum. The museum was closed abruptly last week after Helms got word that the Mint Hill was not going to help with funding. The museum was costing around $4,000 a month to operate, most of that in rent money. Here’s the rest of the Matthews meeting agenda for tonight:
