In today’s Mint Hill Times there is an article about Mint Hill’s maneuvering to collect stimulus money–if it comes available. Here is a complete list of the projects the Metropolitan Union Mecklenburg Planning Organization will submit to the state DOT. Mint Hill is seeking funds for a sidewalk which will run along Wilgrove-Mint Hill Road from Highway 51 to Nelson Road. Also on the list is a resurfacing and widening project of Highway 218 from Interstate 485 to Anson County.
