Witch sparkles up town hall

Mrs. Sparkles, who works at the front desk of Mint Hill town hall, got into the spirit of Halloween by donning a witches costume today. Town Manager Brian Welch wore a mullet wig (not sure what the official costume was) and Michelle Farrar dressed up as a UNC fan–now that’s scary!
