Coaches Tom Knotts and Mike Newsome are not happy playing their games tonight. It is the second game in four days and the middle game in a three-game-in-eight-day stretch. Knotts said Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools decision to play that many games was “bone-headed.”
Both teams are undefeated going into tonight’s match ups. The Patriots beat South Meck 42-14 on Friday, and the Bulldogs won 35-21 against Providence.
