Eastland Mall stores prefer Sunday over Monday. Duh!

Eastland Mall is changing its hours for the second time in two weeks, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. Last week, they announced the mall would be closed Sundays. Not so fast. Stores didn’t like the idea of closing on a weekend, so mall officials let them stay open Sunday and close Monday. The new store hours are: 12:30 pm-6 pm on Sundays, 10 am to 7 pm Tuesday through Friday and from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays. The changes take effect Thursday.

Mall anchors Sears, Dillard’s and Burlington Coat Factory will not be affected by the change.
